Privacy policy

This document concerns the use of orlidomek.pl by people in the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

1. Data processing principles

We respect your privacy. We explain our processing purposes, limit personal data to what is necessary and request consent where required. We apply appropriate safeguards and require processors acting on our behalf to do the same. We allow you to access, correct and delete your data.

2. Purposes, data and retention

For contact by telephone, post, email or forms, and for payments, we process first and last names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one. Data is retained for 60 months after the service ends.

4. Disclosure of data

We disclose data where required by law, a court, law enforcement or public safety. If the business is sold, merged or acquired, data may be transferred to advisers, prospective buyers and new owners. We have a data processing agreement with Google; Google may not use this data for its other services.

5. Security and external websites

We protect data against misuse and unauthorised access. Access is restricted to those who need it and safeguards are reviewed regularly. This policy does not cover linked external websites. We cannot guarantee their data processing practices; please read their privacy policies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about purposes, processing and retention, and to access, complete, correct, delete or block your data. You may withdraw consent, request data portability and object to processing, unless legitimate grounds justify its continuation. We may verify your identity before handling a request.

7. Changes and complaints

We may update this policy. Please check it regularly; where possible we notify you of changes. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

8. Plugin information

Really Simple Security and its add-ons do not process personally identifiable information. Complianz stores device- and browser-based consent; IP addresses are anonymised in the database. Consent information is not shared with the Complianz provider.
