How many guests can stay at Orli Domek?
Orli Domek accommodates up to 7 guests. The seventh place is intended for a child under 4 using a travel cot. The current booking rules remain binding.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Later arrival or an extended departure day may be available under the current terms and subject to availability.
Can I bring a pet and what are the fees?
Yes. Small or medium dog: PLN 45 per night; large dog: PLN 65 per night. Cat: PLN 65 per night plus a mandatory PLN 1000 security deposit. The booking form shows the binding rules and charges for your stay.
Can I charge an electric car on the property?
Yes, with prior notice. EV charging is charged at a flat PLN 100 for each day of the stay. Please tell us you plan to charge the vehicle no later than check-in.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available on the property; the current rules provide space for up to 4 cars.
Is Orli Domek suitable for families?
Yes. The house and garden are designed with family stays in mind. Available child equipment and extras are shown during booking.

Can I check availability without starting a booking?
Yes. “Check availability” opens a quick view where you can check dates, guests and current price before deciding whether to continue to the full booking flow.
Does checking availability create a booking?
No. The quick availability check does not create a reservation. A booking is created only after you complete the full booking flow and confirm the required terms.
How do payments and cancellation work?
They depend on your booking date and selected rate. The current payment schedule, balance and cancellation terms are shown before confirmation.
How far is the sea?
Orli Domek is in Kołczewo on Wolin Island. Several beaches and seaside towns are a short drive away; the Area page presents different options.
Can we use the garden and barbecue?
Yes. The garden and terrace are part of the stay. Barbecue use follows the current safety and house rules.
